Can I invite others?

Of course and please do! We still have General Admission tickets available.

Where do I sit?

We will direct you to a section of the table when you check in. (There are three colored sections - marked with color flags on the table.) Simply pick a seat! (Remember to sit next to people you don't know!)

What's the schedule of events?

10am - Check-In (Gates open)

11am - Welcome remarks from stage

11:30am - Lunch begins

12:30pm - Lunch ends and activities begin!

1:30pm - End of Mile Long Table

Will water be available?

Please bring your own refillable water bottle filled. We will have water refill stations on campus.

What's for lunch? Who is providing the food?

A delicious question! Our partner and friends at Serendipity Catering, Shamrock Foods and Hispanic Restaurant Association are graciously and generously providing a delicious salad, with fresh veggies, a grain and bean dish and optional chicken. Bread will also be provided for the main meal.

Dessert stations will be located on Historic 9th Street.

What about food allergies?

Because of the nature of the event, we cannot accommodate special dietary restrictions. The salad and rice/beans side are vegetarian and Gluten Free. Bread will be placed at each table. Cross contamination cannot be assured.

Where do I park?

We are using two parking garages and a parking lot for the Mile Long Table. We are assigning these areas to each guest by last name. Check out this map to see where you should park and what entry gate you should use.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Yes, although much cheaper rates are available for the Mile Long Table. There is a code for each parking area - which you must enter at the on-site parking kiosk - not mobile or app. Discount rate is $8.25 per vehicle. Follow all on-screen prompts carefully to ensure the discount is applied.

As a host (co-host, kid-host, super-host), what do I bring?

Just you! We will provide a host kit with everything you need.

Do I need to bring my own chair?

We've got you covered! Our friends at Colorado Party Rentals is providing all of the chairs and tables - 660 tables and 5,280 chairs!!

Can I sit with my friends?

We especially love the opportunity to set a table where you can eat with others you most likely would never share a meal with. While we will assign table sections, we won't control your specific seat. So we encourage you to sit nearby your friends, but take a small risk and sit directly next to people different than you.
