You’ve already stepped up to Co-Host, now learn what it looks like to be a leader ‘who sets tables’ at work, in your neighborhood or wherever you live your life.

This two-part virtual training is a taste of our Leadership Formation program with civic, corporate and youth leaders - and includes a mix of teaching, activities and personal reflection. Those who successfully complete all activities will receive a certificate of completion.

We will focus on the core competencies of ’Table Leadership,’ social EQ and identity when it comes to being a leader who cultivates authentic cultures of connection and belonging.
